The school offers what you would expect from a leading independent boarding school, plus much more. Founded in 1803. The Duke of York’s Royal Military School provides a unique education for 11-18 year old children of those who have served for a minimum of four years on regular engagements in the British Armed Forces.
The school is magnificently resourced and stands in 150 acres of attractive parkland 2 kilometres north of Dover. We have 500 pupils all of whom are boarding pupils.
